WHO CAN ATTEND PASSION 2018?

Passion 2018 is a gathering for the collegiate generation and is open to anyone who is 18-25 years old. High school seniors are invited to attend even if they are not 18 years old. Adult ministry leaders are encouraged to attend with the students they lead.

CAN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ATTEND PASSION 2018?

Yes. High school seniors are welcome to attend Passion 2018, even if they are not yet 18 years old. High school freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are asked not to attend Passion 2018 until they are 18 years old or seniors in high school.

CAN PEOPLE OVER 25 ATTEND PASSION 2018?

If you are the leader of a group of students attending Passion 2018, you may purchase a ticket to attend. If you are not a leader, you are invited to apply to serve as a Door Holder. Door Holder applications are available here.

CAN CHILDREN COME TO PASSION 2018 WITH ATTENDEES AND/OR DOOR HOLDERS?

While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate children at Passion 2018. Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend or serve at Passion 2018.

ARE MEALS PROVIDED DURING PASSION 2018?

A boxed lunch will be served on Tuesday. Due to a wide range of food allergies and dietary restrictions, we are unable to accommodate special requests regarding lunch. However, once lunch has been served to all attendees, anyone needing to purchase other food will be released to do so.

WILL PASSION 2018 OFFER DEAF INTERPRETATION?

Deaf interpretation is available upon request. Please complete this form to request interpretation and our team will contact you in December with more details.

WILL THERE BE COMMUNITY GROUPS AT PASSION 2018?

The Passion 2018 schedule is packed with amazing content, worship and teaching, and as a result, the schedule does not allow for Community Groups this year.

CAN I SET UP OR PURCHASE AN EXHIBITOR SPACE FOR PASSION 2018?

We appreciate your interest; however, we do not offer exhibitor space at our gatherings.

ARE CAMERAS OR VIDEOGRAPHY ALLOWED AT PASSION 2018?

We do not allow professional cameras (DSLR or with a detachable lens), flash photography, or video or audio recordings during Main Sessions, as we desire that everyone be free from distraction to experience Passion 2018.

Please note that the price is the same for high school seniors, 18-25 year olds, and their leaders. Door Holders do not have to purchase a ticket but are responsible for travel expenses and most meals.

WHAT DOES THE TICKET COST COVER?

The ticket includes the cost of participating in Passion 2018, materials needed for the gathering, and a boxed lunch on Tuesday.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TICKET?

You may purchase a ticket online and pay with a credit or debit card. Please note that you will be redirected to an Eventbrite event page to purchase your tickets.

If you are buying 5 or more tickets, you have the option to pay by check. Please contact us here to inquire about paying by check. Checks should be made payable to Passion Conferences and sent to 515 Garson Dr. NE, Atlanta, GA 30324, and should include your order number in the memo line. Passion Conferences must receive your check payment within 10 days of your completed online registration to avoid cancellation of your order. Please note that you will not receive your tickets until your payment has been received.

All tickets purchased after December 1, 2017 must be paid for with a credit or debit card.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, which will include your Passion 2018 ticket. Please note that you must present your printed ticket for entry to Passion 2018.

AM I REQUIRED TO ENTER INFORMATION FOR EACH TICKET WHEN REGISTERING?

You are required to include a name and email address for each ticket when registering online. On Eventbrite, you may use the “Copy data from” dropdown menu to copy registration information to each ticket. Ticket information can be updated through your Eventbrite account at any time.

WHY SHOULD I CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?

Creating an account allows you to access your order information and tickets at any time. Once you are logged in to your account, you can update ticket information, purchase additional tickets and print tickets.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY ONLINE ACCOUNT?

PHILIPS ARENA: You can access your Passion 2018 account at passion2018.com, by clicking ‘Login’ at the top of the page.

INFINITE ENERGY ARENA / THE ANTHEM: You can access your Eventbrite account at www.eventbrite.com.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED USING ONE ACCOUNT?

There is no limit on the number of tickets you may purchase with one account.

CAN ADDITIONAL TICKETS BE ADDED TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT?

Yes, you may purchase additional tickets at any time by signing into your existing account. Please keep your username and password to access your account and make changes.

CAN TICKETS BE CANCELLED OR TRANSFERRED?

Tickets may be cancelled through December 1, 2017. A $40 cancellation fee will be applied per ticket and all cancellations must be submitted in writing through our contact form. No refunds will be granted after December 1, 2017. Your Passion 2018 ticket is also fully transferrable within the location for which you purchased the ticket.

HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET?

If you want to transfer a ticket from one location to another, please contact us here. Please note that transfer requests are accommodate based on availability.

Tickets are fully transferrable to another individual within the location for which you purchased the ticket. Please note that Passion does not assist in payment for transferred tickets.

PHILIPS ARENA: To transfer one ticket, please log into your Passion 2018 account, click on the ticket name/number, and enter the email address of the person who should receive the ticket. This will automatically email the ticket to the recipient. *Please note that the ticket barcode will change once transferred and the original ticket will no longer be valid for use. If you need to transfer more than one ticket, please contact us for assistance.

INFINITE ENERGY ARENA / THE ANTHEM: To transfer tickets, please log in to your Eventbrite account, click ‘Tickets’ and then click on the event ticket. Click ‘Edit’, enter the person’s name and email address, and select the ‘send confirmation email to new attendee’ checkbox before saving. Once the updated information is saved, the ticket(s) will automatically be emailed to the email address listed.

I CAN’T FIND MY TICKET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you registered for Philips Arena, your ticket was emailed from passion2018@268generation.com. If you registered for Infinite Energy Arena or The Anthem, your ticket was emailed from orders@eventbrite.com. Please check your junk/spam folder and if you aren’t able to find your ticket, please contact us here.

ARE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS?

Scholarship information will be available in the coming months. Please stay connected with us on social media and check back on our website later in the year.

IS THERE A GROUP RATE?

There are no group rates for Passion 2018 as we strive to offer the lowest possible price for all attendees.

HOW DO I REQUEST GROUP SEATING FOR MY GROUP?

All groups eligible for group seating will be contacted approximately one month before the event and all other seating is General Admission. Groups who are offered group seating may accept or decline, and available seating will continue to be offered until full.

WHAT IS A DOOR HOLDER?

We use the term “Door Holder” instead of the word “volunteer.” The term is borrowed from Psalm 84:10, which speaks of being a door keeper in the house of God. Door Holders at Passion 2018 are individuals who have experienced God’s glory and now want to hold the doors to allow others to enter in. This is the heart and attitude we want our Door Holders to assume – one of service in preparing the way for others to have a powerful experience with Jesus. Door Holder is a term that encompasses all who serve at Passion gatherings. All volunteers are considered Door Holders, not just those on our Touch team who hold physical doors.

WHO CAN APPLY TO BE A DOOR HOLDER AT PASSION 2018?

You may apply to be a Door Holder if you are over the age of 25. For the gathering to be possible, we need Door Holders who are willing to serve throughout the entire gathering in various roles.

CAN COLLEGE STUDENTS BE DOOR HOLDERS?

We want students to be able to fully experience Passion 2018. Door Holders work hard behind the scenes throughout the entire gathering, serving the students who are participating; therefore, we ask all 18-25 year olds to attend Passion 2018.

HOW CAN I APPLY TO BE A DOOR HOLDER AT PASSION 2018?

The first step to becoming a Door Holder at Passion 2018 is to complete the application. Door Holder applications are available here.

DO DOOR HOLDERS NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET?

You will not need to purchase a ticket to serve at Passion 2018, but Door Holders are responsible for their own travel expenses and meals, with the exception of lunch on Tuesday, which will be provided for Door Holders and attendees.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR SERVING AS A DOOR HOLDER?

Your schedule for Passion 2018 will depend on your specific team assignment, which will be communicated by your Team Lead. You should be prepared to be available to serve throughout the entire gathering.

WHAT IF I AM ACCEPTED AS A DOOR HOLDER, BUT THEN UNABLE TO SERVE?

We realize that emergencies sometimes arise and alter your availability to serve. If you apply and later find out that you cannot serve, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can fill your position. Teams experience significant challenges if notice is not given, so the earlier you can let us know, the better.

IF I AM A COLLEGE PASTOR, CAN I ATTEND WITH MY STUDENTS OR SHOULD I APPLY TO BE A DOOR HOLDER?

Passion 2018 is designed for college students, high school seniors, and their leaders. If you are a college pastor, you and your students will benefit most from you participating in the gathering with them and we would encourage you to register as a leader.

HOW MUCH OF THE GATHERING WILL I BE ABLE TO ATTEND?

Serving at Passion 2018 does not allow for much participation in the gathering itself. Please come willing to serve and fully aware that there may not be time to attend.

MAY I VOLUNTEER IN PHOTOGRAPHY OR PRODUCTION?

Door Holders are not utilized in these areas; however, if you are 26 or older, we’d love for you to apply to serve on another Door Holder team!

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

We encourage Door Holders to stay near the venue due to the full schedule of Passion 2018. We have negotiated discounted rates for Passion Door Holders in nearby hotels, which are listed in the email you receive once your Door Holder application has been processed. We strongly advise that you wait to make any non-refundable travel plans until you receive your team assignment.

WHICH MEALS ARE PROVIDED FOR DOOR HOLDERS?

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT PASSION 2018?

You will need to arrive in time for a mandatory Door Holder meeting on January 1 at 9am.

WHAT IS LOAD-IN?

If you are able to serve before January 1, we will be preparing the environments for students and it will take several days to fully set up for Passion 2018. If you would like to help with load-in, please indicate the days you are available prior to January 1 on your application.

WHAT IS LOAD-OUT?

When the gathering ends, our teams begin breaking down the different environments. We ask that all Door Holders be available until 5pm on January 3 to assist with load-out.

ARE SPECIAL HOTEL RATES AVAILABLE?

Yes. Passion has negotiated a discounted rate with various hotels in each city. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.

CAN PASSION HELP ATTENDEES FIND ALTERNATIVE LODGING OPTIONS?

Passion is unable to assist attendees in finding alternative lodging.

WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE FOR PASSION 2018?

Parking options will vary by location. Information about will be available on the Travel page for each Passion 2018 location later in the year.

CAN PASSION HELP ATTENDEES ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION?

Passion is unable to assist attendees in finding transportation to and from the venue.
