this movement has no end! it has already begun : ) and we get to be a part of that! how awesome is that! all glory and honour and praise to JESUS!

Let’s carry the name of Jesus and put Him at the bottom instead of us at the bottom. To His name be all the glory. Holy Spirit come!

I can’t even explain how incredible this was with words i mean for a movement like this to happen…it just shows how awesome our God is and I’ve been so blessed to have Loui, and Francis, and all the other speakers and Chris Tomlin and the other worship leaders. I just want to thank them all so much and how amazing it is to give all the glory to God and for the name of Jesus.

This was an amazing experience, God works in so many awesome ways and to be surrounded by 22,000+ college students that live for him is INCREDIBLE! This whole production is what it is all about, “living for him”. Now lets all carry what we have learned and worshiped back home with us and not let the fire burn out for our Lord! Let others know who we worship and who we live for (:

Jesus rocks, even via the livestream! Thank you all for your faithfulness in serving Him! It’s very inspiring!
Jesus is the best! SO many lessons taught by His Spirit during these days! And many great new songs to mark the journey as well.
God bless you all!

Right on!
Our ride home was focused on the actions our students will take in response to what God has done. There are 14 days between the end of Passion 2011 and semester starting, and we led them to make appointments in these days to walk out the truth God provided.
Will this be the generation that ends the consumer driven church? That carries the Name of Jesus!!!!
I’m faithing God for that very thing.
GO Jesus! paul pettefer

Passion 2011 was amazing. I was just watching Sessions 5 & 6 online and got to do it with friends around the world using Skype but even just the taste online was like being there. Thank you for allowing those of us who didn’t have a way to be come be able to view online. That was amazing!

I was watching the LiveLink from South Carolina, and I was so thankful for it! I was also very excited to hear about the Georgia Dome in 2012. Is there anyway that you could tell us how that come about in a blog or a podcast or something?

Please post the totals of all the different Do Something Now activities, like how many wells, operations funded, bibles purchased, etc. It was so great to hear you announce it each day, but figured it would be printed out for us, but I have not seen it.
Thanks for a life moment with Jesus!!

Yessss, God! Not the end, but the beginning!!!! I was definitely rocked. And the short-lived spiritual high that I have definitley experienced before is not how I feel now–is not true with passion. PASSION remains, it steadily continues, it doesn’t fall back to the “normal” level like a high does. Let’s live our lives carrying HIS NAME! He is the God of ALL cities! and there is no one like Him!!
Love to you all :)

Hey Louie,
I just wanted to thank you for Passion ‘11. I feel like I just got out of the hospital from major heart surgery. I was SO low when I ended up at Passion, at the end of my rope and so empty. Jesus met me there and FILLED ME UP!!! I woke up at 4AM and wrote this blog post. I thought you might like to read it if you have a chance. http://jennylovedaws.blogspot.com/2011/01/passion-2011-jesus.html

Hey-Does anyone know how much the final donations ended up being? That was so amazing! Jesus reigns!
January 6th, 2011 at 1:50 PM
Could you guys post the ridiculous amount of money and goals met that Jesus reigned down from heaven during Passion?

Fantastic Passion for Christ! Loved each speaker tremendously! When John Piper asked if Jesus Christ was the bottom of my…and our…motivation for living, I had to say no, then YES! Christ is the very reason to live and to be alive! He is the co-creator with God, the sacrifice for my and our sins, and no other reason for living matters. I was just one of the doorkeepers down in GWCC auditorium, and a 54 year old student, but I met men my age who had brought their families and church groups from Canada and all sorts of places…going into the events, I was almost suffocating in my own anxieties, then I began to experience God’s love for all of us. His peace is better than any thing I can imagine…I simply want to serve HIM!

I am also interested along with Levi in finding out more about the singer from Brazil. His voice was so powerful; it seemed to greatly represent the fervor of disciples outside the U.S., something I really was not aware of before Passion.
If anyone can simply give his name, I’m sure I’d be able to look up his story and music elsewhere on the Web. Thanks!

What an amazing experience. I am a Mom from South Carolina who went to Passion with my 2 sons, one in High School and one in College. I was overwhelmed by the conference and by this awesome generation. You ARE a chosen generation and God is pleased with what He saw in Atlanta. We “old folks” have much to learn from you as you see both the need for worship and justice! Thank you Passion team for your dedication to the gospel and to these young people.
January 6th, 2011 at 8:58 PM
You are so right about it not being over. That is the thing about Passion. Unlike a concert or speaking conference the Word of God and the Spirit of Jesus Christ is forever living and moving. Concerts are awesome, but when they are over they are over. Jesus Christ is alive and well and when His Spirit falls we have to remember we can carry that will us forever, because: OUR GOD’S NOT DEAD HE IS FULLY ALIVE AND HE IS LIVING ON THE INSIDE ROARING LIKE A LION!

Levi Junior, the guy with the Brazilian flag is Fernandhino, a Brazilian worship leader, who led “God of this City” in Portuguese. The Lord used him mightily!

Every nation tribe and tounge will bow down and proclaim Jesus Christ the name above all name….. Is awesome to see college student around the world have the same passion about Christ!!!!
