The Face(s) Of The Future!
Passion London is in the books…or, maybe, it’s just begun.
We’re hoping, if you were there, that you’re voting for the latter…feeling like we have experienced something powerful together but are just now starting to work out what God has revealed and planted in our hearts.
This I know for sure: my God’s not dead, He’s surely alive, and He’s living on the inside, roaring like a Lion! And, contrary to popular opinion, the Church is not dead in Western Europe, and certainly not in the UK. Evidence? The faces of a new generation that are real about their “stuff,” yet confident in the sure foundation that is under their feet.
Tonight, I really felt like we saw faith arise in the hearts of people–a growing confidence in God’s unstoppable purposes for us, and the potential that He can use us to show His Son to our world.
I’ve said it before, and I’m sure I’ll say it again, but we love London…we love the city and the nations it holds. And we love England, and are so grateful for the way the awakened Church here has spilled over on us in America. And we love the world, especially the European nations with us for these two days. The numbers of Believers within your walls may be small, but the God who leads you is greater than all.
Thanks for welcoming our little Passion tribe. We are so grateful to share these days with you and to play a tiny role in the beautiful work God is doing in and through you all.
Tokyo…a shout went up for you tonight that was more than simply crazy LOUD! It was a shout of hope and belief from one side of the earth to the other that is sending us out of this place with huge expectation for what is to come.

“And if our God is for us than who could ever stop us?!” It is incredible to watch the Kingdom gather and grow all over the earth and in such a way… thank you for giving us a glimpse of it every night, Louie! God does answer prayer and He is all we need! Please tell our friends in Tokyo that we love them, pray for them, and our believing with them for their nation in the power of our great God, Jesus Christ! ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE WITH GOD!! Travel safe…

I’m looking forward to hearing about the ripples Passion London triggered not only in the UK, but also in every nation that was represented there. Maybe we’ll just get to know most of it in eternity, but it’s really cool to know the church is alive in Europe! Let us keep shining for His glory!
And I am *definetely* expecting great things for Tokyo and all Japan!!!!!!!!!
Always praying for the Passion team and the WT cities! God bless! And by the way, thanks for keeping us posted and letting us be a part of it. ;-)

“The numbers of Believers within your walls may be small, but the God who leads you is greater than all.” — so true!! And it’s so awesome to read how God has continued to work in these cities since the first Passion WT in 08 and to see people excited for what God has done and is doing all over the world :) What a might God we serve!

just a quick note saying how awesome is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Tonight, the wave was not only in London, but it was at Turner Field in Atlanta for the Braves game. My family went with the Duluth Youth sports teams, and as a coach i got to walk on the field with our team. Underneath my coaches jersey was my Passion World Tour t shirt. After getting to our seat, i pulled off my coaches jersey leaving my Passion t shirt on as a way of lifting up silent prayers for the London gathering. later in the game two gentlemen from Passion came up and commented about my shirt, and one of the guys designed it! So, while London was experiencing the grace of God in worship, a few of us at Turner Field were likewise lifting up the glory of Jesus praying for His fame in London and all over the world.

There is so much I want to say about the last two nights, that it’s hard to know where to start… Being English myself, but having grown up in the US, when I came to Christ, I did it in a community of 18-twenty somethings, in Jacksonville Fl (ACCESS218) who are connected with Passion conferences, and worship and preach with the same excitement, and passion for our Gospel, Jesus and our God.
Two years ago, I was obligated to move to England, a VERY difficult time for me. The first thing I realised though, was that where I was living (Cambridge) did not have very many ACCESS218/Passion-like places of worship or teaching, and it definitely didn’t have any ministry for the 18-twenty somethings across Cambridge, rising the Generation for our King.
It was then that I started praying, and asking God what it was that I was to do, his answer, “Start it!” So, with apprehension at first, questioning whether I was in fact being called to do this (as an outsider looking in), but pushed forward regardless. We built a small team of people, who felt the same way, and wanted to see something in Cambridge happen, and we named it AWAKENING!!! Then, in January 2010, we launched our first ever gathering, which was well received by all. It is a small group (for now) that is attending AWAKENING(20-25) but it is exciting non-the-less.
In the midst of the above, Passion Atlanta occurred, with my good friends, and ministry partners ACCESS218 as attendees, and within hours of it starting, I received emails and phone calls telling me about Passion 2010: AWAKENING… The affirmation began….
Fast forward to the past two nights, where some of our group could see what our rising generation can look like, feel like.. and the AMAZINGNESS of our Lord… it was affirmation, inspiration, and a refuelling for us to KEEP doing what we are doing, but also to DO SO MUCH MORE…. The vision keeps on growing and growing… it’s not local, it’s not even nation wide, its GLOBAL….
So I want to thank all of you with the Passion team, for bringing us such great messages, and worship all through this weekend, and know that you have people in Cambridge, England praying for you, and the tour, and the rest of the world, for our generation to rise up, and walk like Jesus!!!
For His Kingdom

Wow! Struggling to even begin to get my head around what God was doing over the last 2 days – and the typical post-passion dilemma of even beginning to explain it…

It was just amazing last night. the first time I heard of you guys was when I bought “everything glorious” and I thought it was amazing. Since then I have been buying Cd’s and talks whenever I can.
I was more than I can express to be worshipping with you last night. It was like my soul had been waiting to be able to express itself like that since I heard “everything glorious” in my friends car 4 years ago.
The songs David Crowder and the guys have written have been building inside me, and I was finally able to give it to God.
Francis was amazing, and Chris, Kristian, Christy and Matt, love the songs and the faithfulness.
Please come again!

It is so encouraging to be reminded that Western Europe is not dead spiritually…I’m currently serving in Spain, and my heart leaped when I read that there were some from Spain who attended Passion:London! While Western Europe is certainly spiritually dark, it is definitely NOT dead! Hope always remains!!
So exciting to hear about how God impacted so many lives these past few days! I’ve definitely been praying for you all as you go from city to city, country to country. What incredible potential hangs in the balance of the World Tour, but to no surprise, God showed up mightily and has ignited a blaze for His glory! Thank you Passion for being God’s tool to fan the flames around the world! Praying that He continues to do the same throughout the entire World Tour and beyond!
All for HIS glory!

As a volunteer at Passion London who’s just arrived back home in Yorkshire, I can’t even begin to articulate on here how encouraging, amazing and truly humbling it was to be part of this gathering. Thank you all so much for making it so great! It was a privilege to serve the students and the staff at Wembley Arena – I had some great conversations with staff who were so impressed by the event (and there are some great believers on the staff there too!)
Praying for Tokyo and for you guys as you (hopefully without interruptions from volcanic ash!) move on.

Arrived back in the Lake District a few hours ago.
Our God is Greater still ringing in our hearts….

Bless you all

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team for facilitating friday and saturday night…God met with me so powerfully and once again I was totally overwhelmed by His goodness, love and power. Louie and Chan’s talks totally spoke to me about starting university in the autumn (where I will be studing theology secularly- slightly scared..) – I’ve been feeling so desperate and heartbroken to be light and salt in that environment, but panicking because I know how weak I am! I now know that GOD IS FOR ME and if my desire is to make Him famous then he will give me everything I need!
Thank you guys for glorifying God over this weekend. I’m praying for tokyo!

Hey Louie,
You were my running buddy today via ipod and I realized that the deep ache I have in my heart will not go away until Christ returns. I want to be with Him now! It’s like my Father, Commander in Chief and friend is off to lead a war but has promised to come back. I am to live for Him, speak for Him, be His ambassador and fight a battle that I know He has won. I believe the apostles were willing to die because they saw Jesus, they really saw Him. What they saw made them “sold out” to death. I want that faith and sight! Your talk was on being light and being in the world but not of it. Embracing a bigger story that God writes is far more exciting, assuring and brings passion that challenges me to action. I want to be a doorkeeper, run the race with patience and finish well.
loving Jesus,
Hope
will be praying for y’all. There is no end to the possibilities….=]

“the God who leads you is greater than all.”
Amazing!

Wow – what an unbelievable two days. As an M working in an Eastern European country to worship with the body was refreshing and recharging. What was more amazing was seeing what God is doing in this generation in Europe. “The numbers of Believers within your walls may be small, but the God who leads you is greater than all.” This is so true, and seeing it in action was awesome. London thanks for having me, encouraging me, and reminding me how big our God is.

Wow. What an event it was! Passion WT London has helped me realise just how in love with Jesus I am. I came away feeling refreshed, replenished and excited for what God has in store for this nation and nations across the world!
Francis spoke in a way which made me almost want something bad to happen to me just to be more like Jesus! Louie’s word was astounding and thought provoking. I love how he makes us feel so small in a part of something huge…yet leaves us knowing we are important components of The Big Picture.
They never did have the small Tshirts though =[ I didn’t get one in the end!
I am in the Movie for sure!!
Thanks to all at Passion and friends. Marly x

This weekend reminded me that God is just sooo much bigger!!
Thanks for coming to London, we love you guys! And we love Tokyo! My wristband is still doing its job in reminding me to pray and those guys are gonna catch the fire as the wave continues on Sat.
God hear our prayer, we wanna live for you, wherever and whatever that may take us to!!
