Passion-Day1 Is Today!
A few of the final sessions of Passion 2010 are still online for Playback, but today is the day we begin to “work out” what God has done in our lives during our time in Atlanta. It was so powerful during the last session as thousands stood to voice their own personal awakening during these days. Many stood first to say that they had awakened to a relationship with Jesus Christ for he very first time, seeing Him as the giver of life, forgiveness and hope forever.
Others stood awakening to…
Christ as everything…supreme and sufficient.
Grace-I cant but He can.
Healing-so many stood to say healing had come to their wounds during these days.
Glory-awakening to the massive God story that is going on around us and our desire to make our lives count for His fame.
Justice-to see those with no voice lifted in His love.
Our team is completely tanked and so, so grateful for all He has done. We are humbled to serve your generation and praying for you as Passion 2010 begins….right now!

I wasn’t in Atlanta during Passion 2010 but I attended “virtually” through Twitter and by watching the Main Sessions online. My children are the age you are ministering to and I am so grateful for what God is accomplishing through this ministry. It was obvious that God did something very special at Passion 2010.
I am hoping you will be compiling the messages and putting them out on a DVD. I watched each of them and I so need to go back and watch them over and over. The messages were truly ordained by God. Powerful stuff!
Again, THANK YOU!!!! Although I was in Texas watching from afar, I was spiritually challenged and revived through Passion 2010.

Passion was absolutely incredible! I have never felt God’s LOVE like I did at Passion and God brought about healing in my life. I was Awakened. When I came home from Passion yesterday my parents informed my brother and I that they are getting a divorce. I am absolutely heartbroken and have been sobbing. I know however that God is STILL GOOD and that somehow, some way God will use this for HIS GLORY. If you all could join me in prayer through this difficult time that would be wonderful. I know God can RESTORE and mend broken, crushed hearts so I just pray that over my parents that they will fall in love all over again!

I was at Passion and God really reminded me of how everything is for HIS glory, that we are not in bondage to sin anymore, and that we are equipped by an incredible God who extends to us undeniable grace. Oh….and HE takes our widow’s mite and turns it into a million dollars! United, God can, has and does use all of us to change the world, reflecting HIS glory!

I was so refreshed during Passion. It is so wonderful to be bubbling over with Passion for God. One of the thing that challanged me a lot was when Louie Giglio chalanged us to keep it going. “Can we keep it to the bus…can we keep it till Friday?”
Well, already, I am back in the real world and it is kicking butt. I want to encourage everyone out there who might be feeling the same way. Let us not be like the parable of the sower where we fall away because the emotion is gone and we have have no root! No! Let us endure, let us CHOOSE over and over again to encourage each other and continue to stir ourselves up! For God is just as awesome today as he was yesterday. He is just us magnificient, just as worthy, and just as capable. So let’s keep it going!

Oh, I just wanted to let you know, that was of my favorite moments was walking to family groups. I was one of the unfortunates who were outcast to the Westin Hotel (Go, green striped group!). It could have been a pretty miserable experience to walk all that way with only ten degrees of farenheit to keep us warm. But, for me, it wasnt. It was pretty amazing to walk through the heart of Atlanta with all of my two thousand brothers and sisters walking with me, united as one by the cold weather and a common goal to glorify God. I will never forget the peace that surrounded me as we walked under Atlanta’s asmazing skyline, the christmas lights that were still up, and all the flags of the world found in Olympic park. Oh, how He loves us!
Also, when me and my friends were talking about what we got out of passion, all of us remembered the sermons and everything that was said, but for the life of us we just couldn’t remember who said what half the time! And it was a pretty amazing thing because it was not about who said what, it only mattered that it was said and God was glorified because of it.

Being just one of 22,000+ students, I didn’t have enough time to meet and thank every single staff/volunteer individual, but it’s funny how in the same amount of time, God had time to not only touch EVERY single student, but to change their lives.
He loves us, oh, how He loves us!

I watched the sessions online and was blown away, so powerful, so much to take in, but I pray the main thing be that we live every moment, every day for the glory of God. It is so hard after something so powerful to keep it going, it is fine for a month maybe but we all know that after a while it seems to fall away. Our hope is not in passion, we thank them so much for helping us, so so much! Yet our hope for this movement continuing is God and relationship with him, we each need to daily spend time with him, and get to know him, taste and see that he is good, without that this will only last a while, with God, however, it will last for eternity and we will change the world. Thank you passion for stirring up this passion and awe, God carry us forward, teach us to spend time with you and to live daily with you in prayer and in obedience to your Word.

I was at Passion and I want to say that I’m still going… I feel AWAKEN.
It was such an incredible experience. I feel refreshed. I feel so blessed to have been part of something so amazing.

Thank you everyone for your prayers about the divorce! God is GOOD-ALWAYS! I can ALREADY see a taste of how God is using this. My mom has said that she already sees herself growing closer to my brother (there relationship had been distant) and I have been able to share to a few of my non-believing relatives about the Passion Movement and about what God did over the weekend and that I have a ton of people praying for me! God is GOOD, God is GOOD! I am still broken and crushed, but I know somehow, some way God will be GLORIFIED-that is my prayer! We will have scars, BUT GOD HEALS THE WOUNDS!!!!

WOW! WOW!! WOW!!! Passion 2010 was incredible. Loved seeing others awakening to the glory of God. It was a huge awakening for me too. I want to trade the little things for the BIG story. Thanks Louie & the Passion team for all that you do and for believing in this generation.
May the ripples of Passion 2010 be huge because our God is living in us and moving through us.

I am so honored to have been a part of these amazing four days. It was a dream come true for me. I am excited about what God has in store for our generation, about living a God-centered life.
Thank you Louie Giglio & the Passion Team, the amazing volunteers, and all of the amazing students. It felt a bit like I sense heaven will feel: everyone I met there was so nice it felt like family. And standing with 21,000 students in silent awe of the glory of God was one of the most moving moments in my life. It was grace. It was God. It is God.
Thank you. I pray God helps us all “work it out.”

I slept most of Day 1 back in the “real world,” but I brought a piece of Passion back to my church tonight when I stopped by there to do a few things. I am so thrilled that my entire group was AWAKENED in Atlanta, & that we can all work towards revival in our church! I love what Paul says to Timothy, “Let no one despise you for your youth, but SET THE BELIEVERS AN EXAMPLE in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity” (1 Timothy 4:12). We are the generation that can change the path most churches are heading. We can turn the focus back to glorifying God. We can raise up a generation beneath us that can “see [our] good works and give GLORY to [our] Father who is in heaven”!
On a side note, I tried to register my All Access pass to start looking over some of the lessons that took root at Passion, but the site is a webpage without the ability to click on any links or fill-in any of the blanks. Any one else having this problem or know how to fix it? I appreciate your help. I think my brain needs another listen to John Piper’s message for it to fully grasp the magnitude of what he shared.

I’ve just got back to Sao Paulo, after God unexpectedly leading (providing the means for) me to participate in Passion 2010 in Atlanta… something I would have never evere ever been able to do on my own.
I am tired now because of the flight, but very thankful… and sure that it is more than worthed to live for Him instead of living for self. We have tremendous joy in Him as we trade our little lives for His glory.
And now we take it to the streets – now we take it to the streets of the world. This silent and poweful revolution – silent and noisy, all at the same time.

Louie, I just wanted to tell you that Passion made it to the Marta.
As college students swarmed around the metro and got onto the train to leave, an incredible thing happened.
We were all pumped, singing songs and talking about God, and then we step onto the train, and there waiting for us, were an entire group of Mormon’s.
We worked out our salvation, Louie.
It was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever been apart of. My brothers and sisters in Christ – whom I didn’t even get a chance to meet – all joined together and shared the message of Jesus Christ – the REAL message of Jesus Christ to these people. Imagine being packed onto a metro like sardines, and all you can see and hear around you is apologetics, the gospel, love and prayer upon these people.
There is no doubt in my mind that this wasn’t set up by God Himself.
Praise Him for His mercy upon His people and for His pursual of them by putting them on the Passion train.
Just thought you would like to know and perhaps pray that they too, would come to know Christ’s love and forgiveness. Thank you for an amazing weekend. You and your team rock.
