Louie,
I wanted to say that I was in attendance at Fl!p 09 in Gatlinburg. I took so much away with me during that conference. I can literally say that God was working within me, that week. A lot of what you were saying really touched me. Each time we attended the conference I couldn't wait to dive into God's word. The way you opened up on the first night, when you and Steve stepped off the stage, was completely amazing. A change was made in the atmosphere of that building; God’s presence was made known that night and throughout the rest of the week. I have never seen anyone open like that before; I think it really set the way the rest of the week went. It was all about God and his glory, and the way that he was living through each person that stepped up on that stage. Your message of how God, was in us instead of with us, was a total FLIP on the way I used to look at life. After the conference when we got back to our church, our youth leader showed the Fruit Cake and Ice Cream DVD, it really touched a lot of people in our church. After that on Wednesday night we began watching the Prayer Remix DVD, God began working with me again. When you were talking about how we miss the majority of God's blessings because we are 'stuck' on the smaller one. That really hit home, once I started looking at the blessings that I already have, things began changing in my life. Things are still changing every day, I recently after not receiving any scholarships to attend college in the beginning; I found out that my tuition this semester is completely covered, with a scholarship. The first message that I heard of yours was the Laminin Video, the first time I seen it I was literally amazed. I now look at the cross with a different light. I know that in my weakest moment that God is in me holding me up, and giving me the strength to keep going on. I am sharing the message with as many people that I can get in contact with, I think that it is an amazing video and everyone needs to see it. Do you have any suggestions on, how to introduce the video and how to close after the video? Any answers would be greatly appreciated. This month I am showing at a friend’s Ladies meeting, and I have recently shown it at our Ladies Circle meeting as the devotion. From what I could tell each lady was amazed, and now has a different perspective. I guess I said all of that to say this, Thank you for being a soldier for Christ and thank you for sharing your messages. God is really at work. All I can say is FLIP! ~ Charlene (TN)

My two favorite verses.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take." Proverbs 3:5-6 (NLT)
"For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT) (This verse has really hit home in my life lately.)

Talk about one crazy month! The crazy thing is that I probably live like 20 minutes from your house in Duluth, GA and almost got to see you at the Hillsong Conference in Sydney, Australia almost 3 weeks ago. I was backpacking the country for a month and went to Hillsong church the Sunday before the Conference started, not realizing that you were coming to speak there. How I wish I changed my flight to stay in Sydney another week and get to experience that conference live! Oh well, I at least got to see it online. Then I was back home in Georgia for a little bit and was hoping to stop by the Passion House and say "hi", but then heard that you went down on to Daytona Beach, FL to do another conference. At least I'll get to see you and the rest of the passion gang at Passion 2010. Could January come any faster?

Now I am at IHOP-KC doing a 6 month internship and am falling in love with my Beloved, Jesus, more and more, and He is finding His delight in me. I can't think of anything better! Well, I am telling all my fellow interns about the conference, so I might bring a group from all around the country with me. So get ready! We are going to bring a little 24/7 prayer and worship into the prayer, worship, and justice that you guys are wedding together!

Keep hastening the day of Jesus' return, advancing His Kingdom, and bringing Him glory in everything you do!

Noteworthy plans for the UK, though committing today would take too much for granted. I could be in several places (i.e. Paris or Jerusalem), recently my boss suggested Ephesus. Ephesians is key for a book report I have to do in the coming months and the new theater of operation (although the American front still needs Colossians).

The bridge fixation is curious, even spooky… Et tu, Louié? Last summer in London Westminster turned out to be the bridge I wanted to see most walking toward Big Ben, to match the Picture I had been given a couple of years prior. Unfortunately, the bridge was quite literally under construction with big ole signs. Overall, it was disappointing but not decisive. At that time, it was noisy and cluttered (more like a circus than a bridge) but it was narrowly passable.

I'm planing to get to Atlanta again, even though I found a grey hair yesterday. I am waiting for some jots and tittles to line up first. I imagine they will within the next few months. Even after all that or maybe because of all that, it seems in many ways I am still a fool. For now, I am down with it. Corny is OK, almost anything is OK as long as it is sincere.

Keep it real & thank you for the good work,
