The Other Eyes Under The Bunk Bed
I won’t spoil the whole story, but needless to say, my friend Andy and I found friendship out of necessity, but love each other by choice. From Jr. High days to now pastoring churches in the same city, it’s been quite a ride. This past week Andy [Stanley] and I sat down to talk about our paths, our city and the state of the local church. As you know, Andy leads all of North Point Ministries, is an amazing author/speaker/teacher/visionary…and is the best leader I know.
Join me with my special guest and friend for the next few episodes of The Passion Podcast, the first of which is available now. If nothing else, you’ll be encouraged that if God could use us, anything is possible!

Thanks for the podcast Louie! It’s really cool to hear about your friendship with Andy. Pretty neat to see how God can use each of us. Really enjoyed hearing both of your stories and I’m looking forward to hearing more.
Just wanted to affirm what you are doing for the Kingdom. Will definitely keep on praying for Passion City Church, North Point, Atlanta, and the world. May His favor continue to be on you and your team!

Hi Louie…dont know if you will get this but i want to let you know how blessed i was to see “How Great is Our God.” It was so of God to see it for the first time! The day i saw it, i was so broken inside, weeping all day, and prayed for God to rescue me. I was doubting if He was with. That same day, He sent me to a town called Marble Falls to have dinner w/ some friends, which is 2hrs away from where i live, and a friends mom mentioned to watch that DVD. Before i left my house, the Holy Spirit led me to Isa 40:31 and i read it at least 5 times. You ended “How Great is OUr God” with that scripture, and than suddenly, i was out in the Spirit. My God was confirming, “I will give you one breath after another to get you through & i will strengthen you, & you will fly like an eagle.” I woke up the next day shouting, “I LOVE LAMININ!” You see, I lived in Russia for 9yrs as an orphan, mentally, emotionally, and physically damaged, but Jesus came and rescued me. I have shared your passion series with many souls, including at work. I am not ashamed! I love you in Christ

Such great perspective Louie! From the both of you..
I love your friendship with him… reminds me of my friends and the importance of having people like that in your life.
My friend actually brought me to Buckhead church when I was in Atlanta last February and it was amazing! (and then I headed to the Tabernacle that night for PCC’s 1st gathering which was really, my main reason for coming to ATL) I heard that young adults make up a big percentage of that church and I thought that was great. Just lately, I’m realizing how although highschool had its challenges, the time after college is such a pivotal point in a person’s life and I am so happy to know that people of my generation can find a ‘home’ in Buckhead. And I think that’s why I just love the heartbeat of Passion because you speak to my generation with relevance and allow us to see God’s beautiful purposes during this time of our lives. So THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
I am one of the many people who are praying for you guys at PCC cuz I agree… although I was only in ATL for a couple of days, I did see the need for the city to be awakened to His glory so I’m glad that’s where you are Louie!
Until next time,
Abby

Yana,
Thank you for your encouraging words. Through the testimony, many are getting saved!
LOUIE, YOU NEED TO COME TO AUSTIN TEXAS!!! PLEEEASE! Austin is huge, but in my eyes, its “SIN CITY.” God be willing, you will come one day to share the Gospel. Jesus is Lord
