Hi,I am emailing to ask for prayer for the Christians of North Korea. This week is the global week of prayer and a Christian church in South Korea is calling on believers all over the world to pray for North Korea due to the brutal persecution Christians are facing there. Christians are strictly forbidden to practice their faith and if caught or imprisoned and often times killed. The CSW which is a human rights organization has released a report on how genocide being carried out against Christians has been indicated. May God bless this ministry as it brings the gospel to many.

The comment above about the 8 year old daughter being run over is a hoax. The person you got it from must have heard about it through an email that has been going around, but after researching it, nothing like that happened. Just thought I’d let everyone know!

Psalm 9:9-10,18

9 The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed,a stronghold in times of trouble.

10 Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, LORD, have neverforsaken those who seek you.

But the needy will not always be forgotten, nor the HOPE of the afflicted ever perish.

Psalm 91:1-2

1 HE who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty

2 I will say of the LORD, "HE is my refuge and my fortress, My God in whom I trust"

I pray these scriptures over the Virginia Tech community.

Also I pray for the family in Texas. "God will you please draw near to this family as they will be dealing with an incredible amount of loss and grief!! I pray protection over this family from the enemy as he would try to divide this famly during the difficult times ahead!! I pray Holy Spirit come and swifly to comfort this family and give wisdom and guidance to the people you place around them to be the extension of your arms and feet to express your unconditinoal love to them.

I was given this information at work today. A family from Texas lost a daughter in the shootings at VT.
The parents, along with their younger daughter, managed to get an emergency flight out to
Virginia and were trying to hurry to get loaded up and go to the airport. In the midst of backing the car in the driveway her husband accidentally
ran over their 8 year old daughter and she died as well. They are believers,but I know this is a trying time. Please pray for this family!
